Payment Steps

Visit www.lachatelaine.info

Click on Online Fee — you will be directed to the CLOBAS Login Page.

Enter the Username and Password provided by the School.

On successful login, click the 'FEE DUE' icon.

Proceed to pay the fee due — you will be redirected to the Bill Desk Payment Gateway.

Select your preferred payment mode: Internet Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc., and initiate payment.

On successful payment, a receipt will be generated automatically.

Important Notice
- Do not make multiple payment attempts without first checking your bank account or card statement in case of a failed transaction.
- The School will also continue to collect fees through POS transactions.
- If a transaction fails, please wait THREE DAYS before trying again. Contact the School Accounts Department for any discrepancy.
- Always note the Reference / Transaction Details in case of Net Banking or card payment.

Details provided by you will be used solely for the purpose of receiving payments to SRRS Trust for Charity / La Chatelaine Junior College. All data will be kept secure and will not be divulged to anyone or used for any other purpose.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
There is no cancellation option for online remittances. In case of a duplicate payment, please approach the School Accounts Department for a refund with proof of the transaction reference or bank statement.
